To help you recover from the recent winter storm, we’re extending the normal time we allow you to make auto, property, life and annuity payments. The extension is available to Rhode Island customers affected by the recent storms. Just call our Customer Care Center to make arrangements for delayed payment. Customer Care representatives can be reached toll free at 800-999-1030 Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
If your premium is drafted from your bank or credit union account, it will continue to be deducted from your account as usual. Please contact us if you need to stop the automatic deduction. We’ll place you on our direct billing plan, and you can re-establish your monthly deductions at a later date.
