This Promotion is open to employees or retirees of a school or school district who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and who are legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding those living in or who are legal residents of Florida, Hawaii, Kentucky, Mississippi, New Jersey, New York, Puerto Rico, West Virginia, Wyoming and U.S. Territories and Possessions and where otherwise prohibited by law.
