This Promotion and the Social Campaign is open to employees or retirees of a school or school district who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and who are legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding those living in or who are legal residents of Florida, Hawaii, Kentucky, Mississippi, New Jersey, New York, Puerto Rico, West Virginia, Wyoming and U.S. Territories and Possessions and where otherwise prohibited by law. In addition, educators who are nominators or nominated through the Social Campaign (as described in Section 4.b) are eligible to receive a prize, provided they meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules. This Promotion and the Social Campaign is not open to anyone who is both: 1) a previous winner of any prize in any Horace Mann sweepstakes or promotion in the 12 months prior to the commencement of this Promotion; and 2) is within, a citizen of, or a resident of the States of Georgia, Nevada, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, and Washington. Entrants are only eligible to win one individual prize during the Promotion Period unless stated otherwise under paragraph 4.
Winners from the following states are only eligible to win a $100 Amazon Gift Card due to state rebating laws: Georgia, Nevada, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, and Washington.
